ZynPlayr publishes independent reviews of free Android games, organised into genre hubs, comparisons, and roundups. It is a personal editorial project, not a store, a game developer, or a platform for downloading anything — every game discussed here is downloaded from Google Play directly, not from this site.
Who runs this site
ZynPlayr is operated by an individual: Simran Gill, 17021 100 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5S 1T9, Canada. There is no company, partnership, or corporate entity behind this site — references to "ZynPlayr" throughout these terms mean Simran Gill acting as the site's sole operator.
Acceptance of these terms
By reading or otherwise using zynplayr.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, the only available option is to stop using the site, since it offers no account to close or subscription to cancel.
Nature of the content
Every review, score, ranking, and comparison on this site reflects one person's structured opinion after playing the game directly — not a guarantee of quality, a warranty, or an official verdict. Facts such as ratings, review counts, developer names, and content ratings are sourced from Google Play at the time each page was written or last revised, and may have changed since. Intellectual property
The written reviews, comparisons, and original text on this site belong to Simran Gill. Game names, publisher names, developer names, app icons, and screenshots remain the property of their respective owners and are used here solely to identify and illustrate the games being reviewed — this is nominative, editorial use, not a claim of ownership or affiliation. ZynPlayr is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Google Play, or any developer or publisher whose games are covered.
Acceptable use
You may read, link to, and share pages from this site. You may not scrape, republish, or mirror substantial parts of the site's text without permission, attempt to interfere with its normal operation, or use it in a way that misrepresents its content as your own.
No warranties

Governing law and jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta. Alberta consumers retain the protections of the Consumer Protection Act, RSA 2000, c C-26.3, administered by Service Alberta (Service Alberta and Red Tape Reduction); nothing in these terms overrides those protections.
