ZynPlayr is a one-person project, so replies come directly from the person who wrote the reviews — not a support queue. Reasonable topics include a factual correction on a review, a question about how a game ended up scored the way it did, an image-rights request from a developer or publisher, or a suggestion for a game that fits one of the two hubs.
There is no guaranteed response time, and this form-free contact point exists specifically so that reaching out does not mean handing over any information beyond what is in your email itself.
